Cagayan de Oro vice mayor hails holding of cheer dance competition at City Hall
Congratulates winning departments
VICE Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy hails the holding of the first ever cheer dance competition at City Hall. He said the activity spiced up the ongoing sports festivities and showcased talents of city workers.
City Hall held its CDO employees
cheer dance competition on October 28, 2016, participated by different
departments.
The City Accounting and
Administrative Department teams were
awarded second place, plus a cash prize of P5,000.00. First runner-up
was awarded to the City Engineering Office which bagged P7,000.
The champion was team CSWD, which was adjudged as Best in Choreography for executing the best
routine. CSWD took home a cash prize of P10,000.
The participating teams from
different departments displayed teamwork and competitiveness, plus fun and
exciting dance executions. There were lifting, splits, cartwheels and different
kinds of cheer dance techniques.
All participants, especially the women, looked fabulously gorgeous and sexy in their attires and props, which highlighted and brought excitement to the competition. (EF)
